Windows update KB4135051 was released on April 27, 2018 for Windows 10 version 1803. This brings Windows 10 to build number up to 17134.5. Microsoft still has not fixed the problem with the Windows Update history which shows it as blank. Nothing from MSFT on the actual fixes included. The update is very small.
