The Circle Desktop Power Supply Slim SMPS (CPH799) is a low cost basic model intended for replacement and repair in the India market. It sells for about ₹899 new.
The CPH799 runs on 230V power which is typical in India. The rated output is 400W but the 12V current is limited to 12A which makes this really a 250W PSU.
The cable assembly is standard ATX for the Pentium IV platform which will work fine with this PSU. The standard 2×12 cable, and one cable for the hard disk and one for the DVD drive. The cable has SATA connectors.
There is no PCI Express cable as this PSU does not have enough 12V current. Best bet is with very basic integrated graphics like the NVIDIA 6150 etc. It can cope with a basic AGP card but it is not powerful enough to cope with PCI Express.
The 120mm fan is probably the best feature as this will at least make sure the machine it is installed in cooler than earlier low cost PSUs could do with the small 80mm fans.

The CPH799 features complete protection. Over current (OCP), over voltage (OVP), over power (OPP), under voltage (UVP) and short-circuit (SCP, tested and working) protections.
The CPH799 is roughly 70% efficient which failed the 80 PLUS standard. In short this PSU is a very low cost unit for low end of the market. India is still behind the curve for power efficiency standards,
Circle does offer a 3 year warranty.
