Microsoft has stopped widespread distribution of Windows 10 version 1803 after it was discovered that some problems had to be fix first.
Microsoft was going to rollout 1803 on April 9 before the rollout was stopped. The text on the blog post was still present but with strikethrough showing it was rescinded.
Immediately (few days) after we received 1803 a roll-up was released today which fixed some problems with the original release.
So far nothing has been released from Redmond suggesting they are very busy fixing the problems. We suspect 1803 will be released after the OS is patched properly.
There are some problems but nothing insurmountable in the machines we are testing Windows on. The insider website is broken too throwing HTTP 403 forbidden errors. Once we got in we found no references at all to build 17133.73.
