The WHEA uncorrectable error is caused by errors with the HAL.DLL and the kernel. It is advisable to check your CPU cooling and clean the fan and possibly replace the thermal material.
Alco check for a BIOS update for the motherboard. Check for Windows updates too.
Another tool that sometimes can help is the Deployment Imaging and Servicing Management (DISM) which will need an elevated command prompt to use. The run these command to attempt to fix Windows updates etc.
MSI Afterburner is known to interfere with DISM so disable it before using the tool. Error 1726 may occur.
DISM /Online /Cleanup-Image /ScanHealth
DISM /online /Cleanup-Image /StartComponentCleanup
DISM /Online /Cleanup-Image /RestoreHealth
Once these steps are done, reboot the machine. Then, run Windows update after the machine has been rebooted.
NB: DISM may appear to be stuck at 20.0% but the program will eventually finish.
