This brings Redstone 4 to version 17134.1 which is now being tested. This build is not watermarked suggesting it is a release candidate.
Microsoft chose to use a new build rather than a cumulative update. This suggests Microsoft has discovered a lot more problems than a few BSOD kernel mode driver problems.
BSOD errors are mostly caused by double fault driver errors that do not have error handlers etc. BSOD can also result from the non-maskable interrupt when a RAM stick fails etc.
We will provide more updates as RS4 becomes closer to an actual release.
Again we had to pair the iPhone for Windows account security. This seems to be broken with KB4100375 and now with this updated build. The Microsoft 2600 mouse was recognized OK but the phone failed. It seems that Bluetooth is still an issue with Windows. The phone has had to be cleared and paired a few times.

Our Lenovo X220 has been used to test Windows on and the i5-2520m has been suck at 2.5 GHz so something is blocking the CPU from entering lower power states.
Our Samsung R540 has also been used to test Windows and its i3-380 is also running hard.
