The Windows 10 Phone phone app is now able to handle text messages. The machine we are testing Windows 10 on has a LTE card installed in it so it has more capability than most typical machines already. Now the Phone app can work with the Android or iOS device with messages more easily.
We expect that more mobile machines will be cellular capable in the future as prices for services are coming down slowly. As the carrier locked devices are now illegal, real competition should being lower costs to consumers,
